Fun time project bags!

I had fun making these cute  Project Bags by Pie Plate Patterns recently. I bought the pattern with my three great nephews in mind. Two  brothers both have birthdays in Nov. so I made them bags with fabrics I thought they would like and put books inside for them to read.
The pattern comes with three sizes...I made the largest size. It's big enough to hold several books, cars, and crayons. I did add ribbon pulls after I took the pictures to make them easier to open.
I think they will be perfect for carrying their books, coloring books and other small toys with them for traveling or church.
I want to make a few adult ones too for Christmas gifts as I think they would be handy for taking handwork along on trips or activities where you have to wait ....like when you take kids to their practices.
We celebrated their double birthdays yesterday. It was hard to get them to sit still for a picture, but here are a couple I took. They are now three and one. I am making another one for another great nephew whose birthday is in Jan. It's almost finished and features his favorites....dinosaurs.
