I know it is pretty sad to get so excited to see Friday come, but oh well, that is how it is these days. I got the Lone Star about half quilted, so hopefully will be able to finish it this weekend. I like this panto, but sort of wish I had a larger span so that I could do some kind of fabulous free motion design in those big squares and triangles, but I think this will look good too. Sometimes these quilts have applique in those spots, but I didn't want that with this one.
The back is a chocolate brown, & the thread is a gold variegated, so the quilting will show up well.
I got a new camera last weekend, so these are my first pix on it. I think I am going to like it.
I am getting together with friends tonight for our stitch and chat so that will be fun. I am going to work on a fall runner I started this week. We also have cottage blocks to exchange.
BTW, that is not a mess in the back corner, but a storage area....that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
good job on the quilting and the quilt. I have a storage area like that I put those 3 drawer bins under the back side of my longarm there are some bins under there as well. vbg
