I'm sure many of you have seen these at quilt stores. I had seen them many times and wanted to buy them, but waited until I had an idea of how to use them. I almost waited too long!
Some I bordered with other fabrics so they would show up on the white wall at school better.I haven't actually hung them yet, they are sitting on the bookshelf til I decide for sure how I want them.
I might make a few small pillows out of the leftover fabrics.
I think they will brighten the library up!
I started a new quilt today...it is a kaleidoscope quilt cut stack n whack style. I have some of the blocks done, will post more about them later.
I'm sure the kids will love those and they will brighten up the library. What a great gift for the kids to look at.
ReplyDeleteThese are GREAT, Jean!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's too easy to let some great fabrics like these get away by waiting too long -- been there, done that.
ReplyDeleteThe kids are in for a treat when you display these, Jean.
Great idea Jean.
ReplyDeleteDid you know that the Dr. Seuss fabrics are coming out soon?
These are to cute..You hve such great ideas. I will now be looking for ideas like this for my daughter in law's pre school room.

That's a great way to use the fabrics! Cheaper and easier than making a quilt to hang, and faster too! The kids will love these.
