I did something I have never done before, and hopefully won't do again. I took my camera, but had left my memory card in my computer!
So I went to take pictures and no memory card! Luckily Paula had her camera and let me use it.
As they worked they talked about upcoming projects and workshops they are going to have. It all sounded like great fun!
Several of them had shopped for fabrics, then done some trading, and they were amazed that even though they had some of the same fabrics, their blocks all looked different.
Somehow I didn't manage to get everyone in a pic, but you can see they are hard at work. We had the class in the local parish center.

All of the blocks are beautiful! Looks like it was a fun class!
I love quilt it looks like they all had a good time and a great teacher.
That's wonderful! I wish I could take some classes with you.
It looks fun and seeing the progress is so inspiring.
Truly amazing.
See I think you could do this kind of stuff more . . . break out of the mold of your normal classroom and reach out to some new students.
Looks like such fun. Every one has some realy nice blocks to play with.
I sure wish I could take a class from you, I just love what everyone is doing...now you will laugh at me, when you said circle and spin class, I was thinking of bycycling.....I thought wow, she taught a spin class.....she is amazing...but you still are amazing with the thread and material....
I love that pattern--wish I was close enough to take the class. It looks like so much fun!
Thanks Jean, I had so much fun in class. I hope to get it finished soon. When I got home I found another pile of fabric I was going to cut, but didn't. So now I might just trade out a few of the ones that aren't cut yet and add ever more colors. Thanks!
