Today, some friends from my Yahoo group
Country Quilters are having an online sew-in so I thought it would be a good time to make Mexican Stars by
Southwind. It is a smallish wallhanging so if I can get in some sewing time, I might be able to finish.
These are the fabrics I am using, the pink is the background. I really wanted to use the green floral, and didn't think it would show up on white. I got it all cut out last night so I am ready to go!!! Hopefully I will have some pictures to show you later!

Oh my gosh, I can't wait to see that done. How beautiful.
What a beautiful design. Look forward to seeing it finished, it looks very complicated.
