It was back to school for me on Monday, and the cats didn't seem to understand why they couldn't go out for their early morning run. Right before I left, I found Mama and Smokey looking out the window.
I made this tabletopper over the weekend. Even got it quilted and bound....though it isn't bound in this picture. The asian fabrics are much more vibrant than in this picture. I will have to try to take a better one tomorrow.
Mama Kitty, "Looks really nice outside today".
Smokey, "Yea, I'm really upset we can't go out...wait til she leaves...I know where there's a nice pile of fabric..."
Somebody was just a bit tired after all the quilting Saturday...isn't Rambo a cutie in his little lion haircut? He opened one eye, as if to say "Are ya leaving yet?"He lives at my sister's. More pix of quilting in Earling in the previous post.
It's packed up and ready to go to Seattle. I like the color when outside, just need a higher place to hang it.
Of course Mama Kitty was wondering what was going on...

Ok, is that adorable or what....very wrong, but adorable. Smokey likes to quilt too. I was working on this, and came downstairs for a bit, went back up and she had worked her way into the layers of the quilt. I had left it rolled back loose, or I don't think she could've gotten in. I had to offer treats to get her out! lol
