I finished quilting mom's quilt yesterday. Since it is a Turning Twenty, with large blocks, I thought it would be fun to quilt using a busier panto. I like this one a lot and think it goes well with the bright colors and fun fabrics she used. This angle makes me think of those tv shows where someone dies and they are looking down on their own body.
Ok back to quilting....here is the back.
and a close-up. I am going to sew with a friend tomorrow. Not sure what I will work on...I would like to sew together the memory quilt blocks. Or maybe I will cut something out....I have a couple I have been wanting to do.
Thanks for all the nice comments about my bags. I will be drawing the names on Friday. You can still comment on them if you haven't already, just comment on the days you want to be entered for that bag.

Hi Jean, it turned out great. I love the quilting. May I ask a question. What is a Panto??
That looks fabulous! Can you use a panto on a shortarm?

Lovely colors and awesome quilting on your mom's quilt Jean.
Looks great! I love the panto you chose!
Lovely quilt, Jean. Thanks for the photos of your quilting. I appreciate seeing the designs people use, as I quilt my own. I think you chose a design that's a great complement to the Q top.
Great job Jean! Love the colors and the quilting is awesome. Excellent choice on the panto :) Since you were "queeeelting," hope that means your back is feeling better :)
I want to give you a kitten, but you are very far. Come in Romania and is yours! Sorry, but I do not know English very well!
